Terri Ingalls, age 49, of Carroll, Iowa, died Saturday evening, November 28, 2009, at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll. Officiating will be Father Timothy Schott, Pastor of St. Lawrence Parish in Carroll. Casket Bearers will be Steve Curtis, John Reinart, Norman Tapps, Larry Feltner, Ron Juergens, and Wayne Reiman. Visitation will begin at 9 A.M. Wednesday at the Sharp Funeral Home. Memorials may be left at the funeral home for the American Diabetes Association. Miss Ingalls was born on June 24, 1960, at Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Warren D. and Alice M. (Browning) Ingalls. She spent her lifetime in the Carroll community and attended Carroll Community School and Holy Spirit School. Following her education she made her home with her parents and since 2004 has lived at a Home Care Options group home in Carroll. Terri was employed by the Carroll Enterprise Systems for the past five years and also volunteered at the St. Anthony Regional Hospital cafeteria. She was a member of St. Lawrence Parish. Terri enjoyed animals, feeding her kittens, riding horses, cooking, baking, holidays, and was always concerned about the welfare of her house mates. Survivors include her sister, Yvonne Marie Curtis and her husband Steve of Carroll; a brother, John Warren Ingalls of Carroll; her niece, Shelly Marie Casner and her husband Larry of Ankeny; nephew, Dennis Lee Trent of Indianola; great niece, Amy Cooley and her husband Greg of Indianola; and by her group home and New Hope Village family. She was preceded in death by her parents.
