Uncle Fred was one half of a great couple. He and Norma made a couple that one would like to emulate. At family gatherings, I was impressed with how he would ask about my kids and was genuinly interested in their paths and avenues; even though they are 70 years younger than he.

I went to Uncle Fred's home earlier this year to visit with my mother, Lorraine... Fred and Norma were both so welcoming and kind, always thinking of how make our visit more comfortable for Mom. They even sent us home with some of their favorite popcorn! He will be fondly remembered.

I had not heard. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember staying at the Fred Gosch home while visiting his daughter, my wonderful college friend Nancy, and had the opportunity to meet the entire family, see the farm and go out to the corn field. I have wonderful memories. We laughed a lot! I really enjoyed listening to family stories then and over the years! What a wonderful family! My heart goes out to all of you at this difficult time. Please accept my most sincere sympathy. Kimberly Contag
