Beverly Sauvago, age 64, of Carroll, Iowa, died Tuesday evening, October 20, 2009, at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll following a brief illness. The family will meet with friends from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M., Friday, October 23, 2009, at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll. There will be no local funeral service. Burial will be at Fletchall Cemetery in Grant City, Missouri. Beverly was born on April 9, 1945, at Alexandria, Virginia, the daughter of Leo Van Tuile and Lucy (Prillaman) Hardy. She graduated from Grant City High School and then attended Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. She moved to Carroll in 1976 and was employed for ten years as a toy department manager at the Wal-Mart Store in Carroll. Beverly enjoyed reading, computer games, board games, and watching movies. Survivors include her daughter, Stacey Sauvago of Carroll; a son, Sean Sauvago of Carroll; three grandchildren, Amber, Jessica, and Noah Sauvago of Carroll; a great grandson, Kenneth Schaefer of Carroll; and a brother, Frank Hardy of Tucson, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents.
