Tallon was born April 23, 1999 at Carroll, Iowa the son of Johnny and Sara (Riesberg) Beiter. He attended Kuemper Catholic School graduating in 2018. Tallon then attended DMACC in Ankeny and recently received a degree in diesel mechanics. Tallon has been employed at Housby in Carroll and Des Moines since 2016. Following graduation, he was to start full time at Housby in Carroll. Even though he was motivated to start his career in diesel mechanics, his passion has always been farming since a very young age. Tallon recently purchased an acreage south of Halbur and was looking forward to turning wrenches in his own shop and farming with his family. Tallon was a role model to many, especially to his brother and sister and his many cousins. He has always had a special bond with his godson Ryan Riesberg. Tallon was always willing to help anyone with a smile on his face. In his very little free time, he enjoyed Figure 8 Races with the Brauckmans, going to River Ruckus, and spending time with his family and friends. Last month, Tallon was able to spend his 21st Birthday with his parents, brother and sister COVID style. After a long day of work and farming, they threw him a surprise party in Tallon’s shop, just the 5 of them. The card he received from his family worded it perfectly, “21… you have so much great stuff packed into these 21 years. Maturity beyond a number. Strength beyond your years and goodness beyond expectation. We love the person you have become!” Left to cherish his memory are his parents: Johnny and Sara Beiter, siblings Tregan (13) and Addy (12) Beiter, all of Carroll; his proud grandparents Gary and Deb (Hoffman) Riesberg and great-grandma Leona Riesberg all of Halbur; many aunts and uncles, Lisa (Dave) Hartwigsen of Glidden, Tina (Jason) Gehling of Roselle, Joe (Elissa) Riesberg of Halbur, Jessica (Cory) Cook of New Hampton, Frank (Kathy) Comito of Carroll, Kelly Leiting of Texas, Gretchen (Rick) Parks of Wisconsin, Mary Fran (Mark) Harger of Wisconsin, Jamie Stoltz of South Carolina; Larry and Judy Feld of Carroll , Kyla and Carl Brincks of Carroll, and Ben and Karoline Feld of Des Moines and numerous cousins and friends. Tallon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Mary Farrell Beiter; his uncles Nicholas Beiter, Mark Beiter and Mike Hoffman; and cousins Tracy Riesberg, Ryan Handlos and Jennie Riesberg. Tallon will always be remembered by his big smile and his favorite sayings, “You have to pay to play”, “Gotta spend money to make money”, and “Boss-man.”
