I was shocked and saddened to learn of Larry’s sudden passing. Larry and I first met early in his career when he presented me with a citation after a traffic accident I was involved in. Some years later I had the opportunity to work with Larry during my career in law enforcement. Though we haven’t had contact the last couple of years, I will miss his wry sense of humor and friendship. He was a devoted father and dedicated Trooper. #184 will be missed.
