I loved visiting Beanie whenever I’d travel to Iowa as a kid. He was always so kind to me and he had a great sense of humor. Visiting my grandparents in Carroll almost always meant a Saturday night dinner with Beanie and Dorothy and it never failed to deliver. I’ll be keeping all the Pudenz family in my thoughts.
