Rebecca Witte-Windschitl

Lucia was one of my first students as a new teacher. She was a sophomore in high school when I started teaching, and a gifted violinist. We had several beautiful one on one conversations, and I very much respected her. I champion what her mission was, and see that she dedicated much time to the Animal Rescue League, a cause of my own. She is gone too soon from this earth, and pray that she finds peace with the Lord in Heaven. God Bless her family. Love, Rebecca Windschitl
