Larry was the best. Sure, he helped a lot of us become better golfers but that was just the bond that brought us together. Coach found a way -through patience, humility, humor and his competitive spirit – to teach us how to navigate both the golf course and life. His legacy will live on forever in the Western Iowa golf community and especially with those of us lucky enough to play for Larry and later call him a friend. RIP, Coach!
