I am so sad to lose my dear friend. We got reconnected 3 years ago, and enjoyed many long walks and talks. Our first walk we got so caught up in catching up that we got lost. Lucia and I laughed about this often.
I was not expecting this at all…..we planned to do dinner again soon. She was so strong. She was a fighter. I know she never gave up on the good fight. I guess God just needed her more ….so He has her now. Cancer did not win; Jesus did. She is dancing on streets of gold, in the light of our Lord and Savior.
We will all miss you Lucia. An amazing, beautiful, kind and gentle spirit who loved everyone. We know where you are….and We will see you again. Be ready for a long was walk girl… Love you…..Lisa
